Getting a Marriage LicenseIt's important to note that you'll have to wait until 35 days before your ceremony to get your Marriage License. The two of you will have to go in person to a County Clerk and Recorder's office to get it. And we have lots more information on when, where and how to get it. You can find more info here: MARRIAGE LICENSE INFORMATION
